Lapbooking Resources

Lapbooking can be a fun way to teach, reinforce, review and display lessons learned.   And if you are fan of unit studies, a lapbook can go hand and hand with any study.

There is my short examination of a lapbook – get two manilla file folders and afixx them to each, then attach “stuff” that you do with the kids, like coloring pages, notebooking pages, mini books or other stuff.  And then the student can decorate (or not) to their heart’s content.

Rosetta Stone Homeschooling has a good explanation that can be found here.

A quick google search of the topic + “lapbook” should result in printables or at least to create a lapbook with your student.  For example, “butterfly lapbook”.
